Not dirty???

I love the warmer weather, but it is hard to keep kids clean when they are playing in the dirt all day. Sam had just finished dinner, (which he was washed up for) then he played outside. So he got this dirty in about 30 minutes. I told him he had to come inside to take a bath, he cried and told me he didn't need a bath because he wasn't dirty!
If only you could see his hands and fingernails. Gross!
