I lub it

When I told Hannah it was time to get out of the bath the other night she protested, "No! I lub it!" I laughed so hard that I had to go grab the camera, but of course when I started recording she wouldn't say it again. I had to force it out of her. The video still turned out cute.

Mushrooms

The boys were so excited to find mushrooms in the backyard.

Box Elder County Fair

We headed to the Box Elder County fair one day when Benji wasn't working and enjoyed the fresh, delicious fair cheeseburgers and blueberry pie (our favorite lunch ever!) and went on some rides.

I have way more cute videos of them than pictures, but they are all on Benji's phone and I'm too lazy to put them in drop box.

But here are a few cute ones.

The boys getting ready for the gravitron.

And here are the boys on the dragon roller coaster. You can see Jordan near the back in a blue shirt. Also, if you look closely you can see Hannah and Benji right behind the roller coaster.

Snuggling dad.

Giving the tickets to go on the ride.

Sam's face at the end of the long slide.

Sam was the only one that dared to get close to the pigs. That look on his face makes me laugh.

I don't know why we have so many pictures of Sam, but here he is with his favorite animal. Bunnies!

The past few days of Hannah

She is starting to love Mickey and Minnie.

She also loves to bring Benji his lunch when he comes home. It is the cutest, sweetest thing.

Sometimes you gotta just let them wear what they want, but seriously, Hannah? A snowsuit? I let her wear it around the house, but we had to take it off when she threw a major tantrum because she tried to lead me to snow and I had to tell her there wasn't any.

We had the sister missionaries over for dinner and Hannah attached herself to Sister Smith. She LOVED her. That is so unusual for Hannah that we had to get a picture. And that is what Hannah's hair looks like when I don't do it....

Hannah fell asleep in my bed the other night and when I went in to move her to her crib I found her asleep with a camera.

Last night she stripped down and got in the boys bath when I wasn't looking.

And the video below was supposed to be part of this post, but I had to do it in its own post.

Finding Nemo

I know there is a funny story that goes with this picture, but now I don't remember. BAH. Why have I been so bad at blogging!?

Gateway splash pad

My boys loved spending the hot summer afternoons at the splash pad. Here is one day at Gateway mall. I love how happy they look.

24th of July rocket celebration

We headed out to the Great Salt Lake on Pioneer Day to launch some rockets. That's how we celebrate. They're like fireworks, but cooler.

Of course, I took a million pictures. The Great Salt Lake is kinda ugly. There are dead seagull bones everywhere, and it kind of smells, and the ground is grey and salty, but for some reason the pictures turn out really cool.

Hannah was in a CK model kind of mood when we first got there. :)

So excited for rockets!

We first launched Avis Iratus (Angry Birds).

Lift off!

She wasn't sure she liked the loud rocket.

Next we launched Ninja. It broke in half in the air and since it was 800-1000 feet in the air each piece floated down about 1/2 mile apart from each other. We did a lot of walking to rescue them.

Here's the nose cone floating down.

Cool wave lines in the sand.

Ninja has a clear spot in the nose cone where you can put something to launch into space. We decided a marble needed to be an astronaut that day.

Here's how we found the body of ninja. Crazy.

So much walking.

We also launched our little rocket named Dragon. It also broke in half. I think having our rockets stored in our hot storage unit for so long wasn't good for them.

Then we headed to Ihop for breakfast. It was a great day!
