My crazy boys

My boys have been getting along so well lately. I love that they haven't been jealous of Hannah for taking so much of my time, and they seem like they are adapting well to us staying home all the time. They are super sweet and so funny, I love them both so much.

Here's a sweet picture of Jordan holding Hannah. I love that they love her so much!!

A few minutes later Sam came in sporting a new hair accessory. And so proud of it too.

The other night we made crazy hair while shampooing their hair. Jordan's was angry bird hair.

I gave Sam a mohawk, but he liked to think he had "shark hair."

This happens every time Benji gets home from work, but this day made me laugh because they were fighting so hard for Benji's attention.  Sam climbed all over Benji while Jordan tried his hardest to tell him about angry birds.

Our couches have a lot of static lately, so it's funny to see how crazy Sam and Jordan's hair look after sitting on it. Sam's was extra crazy that day.

But Benji decided to make it crazier by rubbing Sam's hair all over the couch.

Nice.

Another funny story. My boys were playing so nicely together one morning, and were having a lot of fun. I decided to find out what they were doing. They were throwing a birthday party for one of the wise men. Like a wise man from the nativity. They were bringing gifts for the wise man and kept referring to him as Mr. Wise Man. It was so cute and so funny, but unfortunately both boys were completely naked, so I didn't take any pictures.

A self timer photo

Hannah: week 2

I took Hannah to her two week appointment this week. She weighed a whole pound heavier from her birth weight. I think she gained all that weight in her cheeks.

I think she has been my easiest baby so far, but I think she finally found her voice this week. Up until this point she would only squawk at me when she wanted/needed something and then that changed to crying loudly. She is easily soothed though, and really only cries when she's hungry. She's also an awesome sleeper, which is SO nice. She eats every 2-3 hours at night, but the good news is she sleeps all night. So after feeding her I can go right back to sleep as well.

She is such a sweet baby!

I love how tiny she looks in  her bassinet.

Staring at the fascinating blinds.
I tried her Christmas dress on her one day, it was so cute to hear Sam yell, "She's a princess! She's a baby princess!"

He loves her!
Telling Hannah a story.

Hannah spent a lot of time gaining weight this week. She started getting some rolls on her legs.

Another one of Sam's presents to Hannah.

A mug shot

A few days ago Sam got into the food storage and ate about half of our freeze dried blueberries. He came upstairs looking like this, so he couldn't really hide what he had been up to. I love that this looks like a mugshot.

What did you do this morning?

I woke up to my downstairs hallway looking like this. The boys emptied the laundry chute and brought toys out from their toy room. I swear it looked a lot worse than this picture makes it look. Crazy kids!

It wasn't all bad though. After breakfast and a bath for the boys, Sam made us all laugh when he brought his sing-a-ma-jig upstairs and thought it was the FUNNIEST thing in the world. He would press the belly and then laugh so hard. It was genuine laughter too, we couldn't help but laugh along with him. I tried to get some photos, but I was nursing Hannah and couldn't hold the camera straight, especially since I was laughing so hard, so they are all a little blurry. Still cute though...

Then he gave his toy some huge hugs.

Hannah's first week

Hannah's first week home was spent resting, changing diapers, feeding a hungry newborn and taking a million pictures. I couldn't help it, she was so new and precious and cute, and everything she did was adorable.

My boys loved having me home and loved getting to know their sister a little better.
I felt a little guilty when one night I could hear fake crying coming from the boys room, when I went to check on them Sam told me, "my bunny is sad because his mom is at the hospital."

So these pictures aren't in any particular order, and I'm too lazy to move them around to make sense. So I'm going to leave them how they uploaded and caption them....or not caption them, it's just a lot of pictures of Hannah, no explanation needed.

This is her hungry face, I LOVE hungry face.

These jammies are 0-3 months size and I loved how big they were on her. They made her look like a box.

You gotta love a full, happy and zonked out baby.

Her first bath was fun, the boys helped me wash her hair.

This was the first time I used the flash on my camera, it kind of freaked her out.

Sam and Jordan loved to hold her every time they got the chance. It didn't happen too often because they were both sick, but once in awhile I would let them.

It's kind of funny that Jordan and Sam have the same sized feet.

Ruffle bum...

I love when I would change her and she would flex her legs so they would stick out straight.

Notice Jordan and Sam's hair? I sort of neglected them the first week, but they are dressed, you gotta give me that.

Sam likes to share random things with her. Here is a button on her head. I've found toys, socks and papers on her head too.
