So we decided it would be fun to eat lunch at the stratosphere. We knew the restaurant was pricey, so we thought lunch would cut down on the cost a little. It still was the most money we have every spent on a meal. Ever. But it was so fun to take our little Valentine's to a fancy restaurant to celebrate the holiday and selling the practice and to celebrate the upcoming move to Alaska. We had to have a quick pow-wow on the way up to drill into our kids how to act in a restaurant and they did amazing! We were so proud of how well behaved and polite they were.
We had to make a reservation at the restaurant and if we missed it we had to pay money so we made sure we were there with plenty of time to spare! It was the perfect chance to check out the city far below.
The kids loved watching people on the rides.
The restaurant actually slowly spins, so as you eat you get to see everything all around. The kids loved it!
Cheers!
Hannah is a daddy's girl. There is no denying it and I don't mind in the least bit because they are so adorable. They were having a cute little conversation and I ended up taking 50 pictures of it because you can just see love in Hannah's eyes when she talks to Benji. It was hard to pick the cutest pictures, but here they are:
Aren't they just the cutest!?
We then ordered a few delicious desserts.
We spent a little more time outside after eating and then headed back to the hotel.
We all bought sunglasses from a vender on the streets. It called for a sunglasses selfie. Of course.
