Never start feeding a baby without a bib even if you're so sure you are going to feed them tiny bites that can't possibly make a mess because the baby might decide the food they're being fed is the best thing they ever tasted and grab for mom's hand, the spoon or the bowl of food.

This picture makes me laugh because Sam was so excited and happy about eating, but when I took his picture I caught him with a sad look on his face. It looks like he's in trouble or something.
