I can keep 10 cent goldfish alive for a long time. Jordan's first fish lived 7 months and the fish he has now we've had since the beginning of February. I don't know how I'm doing it, but I sure feel special.
This actually isn't my fish. It's a random picture I found on the internet :) My fish is just as happy and cute though, but when I wrote this Jordan was asleep in the same room as the fish and didn't want to wake him up for a picture.
Here's a story for you. Becca got a goldfish at a Halloween Carnival at BYU-I in 2002- her freshman year. It is still alive and kicking in a small, simple fishtank (no filter)! It's tail is bent way up and it cant swim straight. April thinks it has arthritis but someone else said it looks constipated. I dont know- but Becca has graduated, served a mission, worked, and is now getting married since this fish (named "fish")joined our family almost 7 years ago. (funny my word verification is fishioni)

That looks like a very happy fish.
How do you do it? Bret wants a fish tank, but I told him he has to be in charge of it because I am not good a keeping fish alive. Way to be.
