On Saturday we went to L.A. to donate blood to help the victims in Fridays awful train wreck. The blood bank was supposed to close at 1:00, but stayed open longer because of the need for blood. The place was pretty packed and there was a pretty long wait. It was nice to see so many people giving up their Saturday afternoon to serve others. Our prayers are with all the people that were injured in the train wreck and all the family members and loved ones of those that didn't make it.We decided since we were driving to L.A. that we would make a day out of it. We spent the rest of the day in Hollywood. We found this cute little park after taking a wrong turn. Jordan loved all of the different birds. He loved running next to them and watching them fly away.
